Texts from the Torah that testify that they are not the Speech of Allah (He be glorified) or even the speech of Moses (peace be upon him):

 

Jews claim that the Torah in its present shape is the one Moses himself wrote conveying what Allah had revealed to him. But we find in it the expression “And the LORD said unto Moses” (Exodus: 19: 9-10). If Moses had been the actual writer, he would have written: “And the LORD said unto me” instead of “And the LORD said Unto Moses”. Another example may be cited from Exodus 24:1: “And he said unto Moses, Come up unto the LORD.” If the writer had been Moses he would have written: “And he said to me, Come up unto the LORD.” The use of the third person pronoun referring to Moses rather than the first person pronoun indicates that the writer of the present text of the Torah was not Moses but some other persons.”[1]
