Jesus (peace be upon him) did not claim to be Go:
There is no text in the Gospels where Jesus (peace be upon him) says: “I am your God” or “Worship me”. On the contrary, he warned against this and prophesied what would occur after him, saying: “But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.”[1] He then tells them what will happen to them if they deviate, saying: “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”[2] So, he denies knowing those who say in this life: “O Lord! O Lord” (addressing Jesus) on the Day of Resurrection, and shows them that whoever does so is a sinner. If Jesus had really claimed to be a god he would not deny knowing them and describe them as sinners.
Therefore, describing Jesus (peace be upon him) as a god is just a big lie and a major falsity, and nothing but sayings and commandments fabricated and founded by Paul, as we will see when we deal with him. We will discover that he was the founder of all the idle invalid doctrines of Christianity, for Christianity today is none but the notions of this Paul. |
