Jesus says he is a teacher and not a god:

1.     “And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.”[1]

2.     When someone addressed him, saying: “O righteous teacher!” Jesus (peace be upon him) said: “Why callest thou me good? None is good, save one, that is, God.”[2] So, Jesus (peace be upon him) accepted to be called teacher, for he came as a teacher from Allah, but out of modesty he refused to be described as righteous. This can be comparable to saying to a sheikh: “You are a great Sheikh” and he says: “Oh no, but it is Allah Who is Great.” Or you say to somebody: “You are generous” and he says: “It is Allah Who is Generous.” So, Jesus (peace be upon him) attributed full righteousness to Allah, for none is perfect but Allah (SWT). How do you then claim that he claimed to be a god?
