Section Six: Paul, who endeavored to change Christianity: Sub-section One: Who is Paul? He is Saul the son of Kisai from the tribe of Benjamin. He was a tent stitcher by trade in Tarsus (a Syrian city today), where he was born. Later on he was named “Paul” His parents were Jews belonging to the Pharisees, a sect well-known for its severe violence against Christ. Paul was well-known for his atrocity and extreme hostility to the followers of Christ. When he discovered that their persecution was futile, he resorted to another approach: namely, undermining Christianity from the roots through corrupting and altering it from inside. Therefore, Paul declared his conversion to Christianity and his belief in Christ and pretended to be one of his most sincere adherents and to propagate his religion. So, the followers of Christ accepted him, and with his fraud and wit he managed to turn Christianity upside down by corrupting it, spoiling the religion of Christians thereby up to the present time.
