The doctrine of “God” in the three religions:

In Islam

In Judaism

In Christianity

The Lord of all people. “Praise be due to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds.” (I:1) He is One God. “Allah! None has the right to be worshipped but He, the Ever-Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists.” (III: 2)

Allah is “Yahweh” the god of the Children of Israel exclusively. “Blessed be the LORD God of Israel[1]

Allah is three in one. “in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.”[2]

None other than He is worshipped. “Lo! Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him.” (III: 51) Allah has no partners. “ Can you bear witness that besides Allah there are other gods?  Say: ‘I bear no (such) witness.’ Say: ‘But in truth He (Allah) is the only One God, and truly I am innocent of what you join in worship with Him.” (VI: 19)

Along with Allah they worshipped the calf and the serpent and asked Moses for a god like that of the heathens.[3] They worshipped idols several times.

They worshipped Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Some of their sects worshipped Mary, the mother of Christ (peace be upon him).

Allah resembles none and none resembles Him. “There is nothing whatever like unto Him, and He is the One that hears and sees (all things).” (XLII: 11)

His image is like that of man. “In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him.”[4]

They regard the human (Jesus) as Allah and attribute to him Allah’s attributes. They say that he is the creator, and he gives provision, forgives sins, accepts repentance, bestows mercy, rewards and punishes. No other nation has been so confused regarding its god, for Christians once regard it as a god, another time as the son of a god, yet a third time as a one part of a three-unit god.

Allah does not sleep. “No slumber can seize Him nor sleep.” (II: 255)

Allah sleeps. “Then the LORD awaked as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man that shouteth by reason of wine.”[5]

Allah sleeps. “but he was asleep.”[6]

Allah does not tire. “And verily We created the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, in six Days, and naught of weariness touched Us.” (L: 38)

Allah tires. “and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.”[7]

Same as Jews

Allah is just and does not wrong anybody. “Allah does not inflict an atom's weight of injustice.” (IV: 40) “No soul can carry the sins of another soul.” (XXXV: 18)

Allah is not just and wrongs people.[8]

The doctrine that humans inherited the sin of Adam is one of the greatest doctrines of Christians.

Allah’s Power is Absolute. “To have anything done, He simply says to it, `Be,' and it is.” (III: 47)

Allah asks for help. The Lord intended to smite the houses of the Egyptians without harming those of the Israelites, so he asked them to mark their houses with blood to distinguish them and “when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you.”[9]

Allah is disabled. “I can of mine own self do nothing.”[10]

Allah knows everything, both manifest and hidden. “He is the Knower of the Invisible and the Visible.” (XIII: 9) “They ask thee about the (final) Hour—when its appointed time will be. Say: ‘The knowledge thereof is with my Lord (alone): None but He can reveal as to when it will occur.” (VII: 187)

Allah did not know where Adam (peace be upon him) hid after eating from the forbidden tree and his private parts were exposed. “Adam and his wife hid themselves… And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?”[11]

Allah does not know the date of Resurrection. “But of that day knoweth no man …neither the Son.”[12]

Glorified be Allah and Exalted above what they ascribe to Him

Allah cries. “Allah cries everyday in the sea.”[13] His teeth are horrible. “his teeth are terrible round about.”[14] He screams, roars like a lion. “A noise shall come even to the ends of the earth; for the LORD hath a controversy with the nations.[15]  He repents and grieves. “And it repented the LORD … and it grieved him at his heart.”[16]

Allah weeps. “Jesus wept.”[17] He feels sorry and depressed “and began to be sorrowful and very heavy.”[18]

Glorified be Allah and Exalted above what they ascribe to Him

Allah likes smelling the burnt offerings. “And the LORD smelled a sweet savour.”[19] He smelled the meat that Noah broiled for him.”

Allah feels hungry and thirsty. “And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry.”[20] “Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink.”[21]

Allah cannot be seen by anybody in this life. “No vision can grasp Him.” (VI: 103)

Allah appears with fire. “For, behold, the LORD will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind…”[22]

Allah appears to people as a human being “Jesus”.

They call Allah by what is appropriate for His Greatness. “The most beautiful names belong to Allah: so call on him by them.” (VII: 180)

They call Allah by what is not appropriate for Him. “how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?”[23]
