Section Two: Islamic Doctrines:

Islamic doctrines are not the product of Muslim imams and jurists and none of them is entitled or authorized to make alterations by adding or deleting anything as the rabbis of the Jews and the popes of the Christians have done. The only source of Islamic Doctrine is the Divine Inspiration (wahy) revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Sub-section One: The doctrine of Muslims concerning Allah:

The doctrine of the Muslim regarding Allah (SWT) is deep-rooted, and all other doctrines are firmly based on it; it represents the soul of all Islamic teachings and it is the starting point in the Islamic doctrine. The first pillar of faith imposed by Islam is the belief in One God, the Creator of the universe. Allah is One, Unique, Besought of all. He has neither a partner nor offspring. Allah (SWT) says: “Say: He is Allah, the One! Allah, the eternally besought of all! He begot not, nor was begotten. And there is none comparable unto Him.” (CXII: 1-4) The Prophet (peace be upon him) says: “Whoever testifies that there is no god but Allah, Who has no partners, that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger, that Jesus is Allah’s slave and Messenger and His Word, which he cast to Mary, and a spirit from Him, and that Paradise is true and the Fire is true, will be admitted into Paradise by Allah, regardless of what deeds he has done.”[1]

Allah (SWT) is the Lord of the worlds. Allah (SWT) says: “Praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds” He is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the universe, the Lord of the Magnificent ‘Arsh. He Alone is the Creator and none shares His Creation with Him. He was before any creation; He is the first without a beginning, and everything will return to Him. He is the last without an end, and everything will perish except His Face. Following are His Holy Attributes:
